Bakery: Grandma’s Mat Tartlet
The perfect bakery: grandma’s mat tartlet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Kneading dough
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Extra fine sugar
- 125 g Butter or margarine
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
Edition
- 1 kg Layer cheese
- 2 a cup Cream, sweet
- 100 g Extra fine sugar, depending on your taste
- 2 packet Cream-Flavored pudding powder
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 1 Can Mandarin, little jar
- First, make the kneading dough from the ingredients and place in a greased and floured springform pan, flatten it nicely, press up a little on the edge to create a small raised edge. Put the quark in a bowl, mix the sweet cream, sugar, custard powder and eggs with a whisk until smooth, then fold in the mandarins. Then fill this mixture into the springform pan. Then bake in the preheated oven at 180 °, top and bottom heat, for about 50 – 60 minutes. Please pay attention to the color, do not let it get too dark. PS: If the cake collapses when it cools, that’s ok.
