Poppyseed and Almond Strudel

- 3 piece Puff pastry slices
- 300 g Ground poppy seeds
- 200 g Chopped almonds
- 150 Milliliters Milk lukewarm
- 1 piece Free range eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 10 Milliliters Vanilla flavor
- Mix the poppy seeds, sugar and vanilla flavor well. Spread the puff pastry sheets on clean household towels and coat each with 1/3 poppy seeds. Sprinkle chopped almonds on all three. Sprinkle with some rum and roll up. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream or with vanilla sauce. Fantastically delicious.
