Hot Potato Cake

for the yeast dough

  • 300 gr Flour
  • 1 Cubes of fresh yeast
  • 100 ml Warm milk
  • 30 gr Sugar
  • 1 pkc Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg or 1 tbsp mild vinegar as an Egg substitute
  • 75 gr Butter or vegetable agarine

  • 4 Not too small potatoes
  • 3 el Butter
  • 3 el Sugar
  • 1 el Cinammon
  • 1 tl -Oder weniger-paprikapulver
