Hot Potato Cake
The perfect hot potato cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the yeast dough
- 300 gr Flour
- 1 Cubes of fresh yeast
- 100 ml Warm milk
- 30 gr Sugar
- 1 pkc Vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg or 1 tbsp mild vinegar as an Egg substitute
- 75 gr Butter or vegetable agarine

- 4 Not too small potatoes
- 3 el Butter
- 3 el Sugar
- 1 el Cinammon
- 1 tl -Oder weniger-paprikapulver
- 1 … I got to know this hot potato cake in Bamberg with sauerbraten and red cabbage …… it was a poem !!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i eat it hot for lunchtime without anything or with apple compote … but also very cool with coffee it is very tasty, so three possibilities …
