Nut Strudel with Pot Batter

  • 0,25 kg Potting
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 125 ml Oil
  • 8 dag Icing sugar
  • 40 dag Plain flour
  • 1 PKG Baking powder
  • 25 dag Grated nuts
  • 5 dag Grated chocolate
  • 1 PKG Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rum, some milk
  1. Because the curd cheese, the milk, the eggs, the oil, the icing sugar, the flour and the baking powder were kneaded into a dough. Put the nuts, chocolate, vanilla sugar and rum (some milk) in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Roll out the dough with a fork, spread the nut mixture on it and bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
