Nut Strudel with Pot Batter

- 0,25 kg Potting
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 piece Eggs
- 125 ml Oil
- 8 dag Icing sugar
- 40 dag Plain flour
- 1 PKG Baking powder
- 25 dag Grated nuts
- 5 dag Grated chocolate
- 1 PKG Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Rum, some milk
- Because the curd cheese, the milk, the eggs, the oil, the icing sugar, the flour and the baking powder were kneaded into a dough. Put the nuts, chocolate, vanilla sugar and rum (some milk) in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Roll out the dough with a fork, spread the nut mixture on it and bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
