Peanut Butter Muffin with Strawberry Jam

- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 150 g Sugar brown
- 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 200 g Peanut butter
- 100 g Margarine
- 6 Tl Strawberry jam
- 250 ml Milk
- 18 Papierförmchen für Muffin
- Weigh all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Mix the egg, peanut butter, jam, margarine and milk with a mixer. Add the dry ingredients and fold in.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups. Preheat the oven to 170 °. Bake the muffin for 20-25 minutes
