Peanut Butter Muffin with Strawberry Jam

The perfect peanut butter muffin with strawberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar brown
  • 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 200 g Peanut butter
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 6 Tl Strawberry jam
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 18 Papierförmchen für Muffin
  1. Weigh all dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Mix the egg, peanut butter, jam, margarine and milk with a mixer. Add the dry ingredients and fold in.
  3. Pour the batter into muffin cups. Preheat the oven to 170 °. Bake the muffin for 20-25 minutes
