Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g Peanut butter
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 6 tsp Strawberry jam
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 18 paper cases for muffins

Instructions
 

  • Weigh all dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix the egg, peanut butter, jam, margarine and milk with a mixer. Add the dry ingredients and fold in.
  • Pour the batter into muffin cups. Preheat the oven to 170 °. Bake the muffin for 20-25 minutes
