Pineapple Pudding

The perfect pineapple pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 140 g Pineapple
  • Without added sugar from the can
  • 20 g Custard powder
  • 340 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • Stevia
  • 1 Protein
  1. Chop the fruit with the food processor or cut into small pieces. Put 4 larger pieces aside for the set.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with some cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with salt, remove from the hob, add the mixed pudding powder and briefly bring to the boil while stirring. Season to taste with stevia and stir in the crushed fruit.
  3. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow and fold in. Pour the pudding into portion glasses and chill. Garnish with the fruit pieces before serving.
