Small Pineapple Pudding Cake …

The perfect small pineapple pudding cake … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Pineapple
  • 500 Milliliters Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 150 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Grated chocolate
  • Sugar
  1. Drain the pineapple. Stir the custard powder with a little milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk with sugar to the boil. Pour the mixed pudding powder into the milk, bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove.
  2. Knead the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and flour to make crumble. Halve the crumble dough. Knead the cocoa under one half. Grease a small springform pan (approx. 20 cm in diameter). Add cocoa sprinkles and press down a little.
  3. Put the pudding on top and smooth it out. Spread the pineapple on top. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate. Spread the other half of the sprinkles on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Take out and let cool. Remove from the mold and sprinkle with sugar.
