Gratinated Vienna Sausages

- 4 piece Wiener sausages
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 1 kl. Onion
- 200 g Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- Hot paprika powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 50 g Ham cubes
- Grease the baking dish, preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Cut the sausages lengthways and place them in the baking dish with the cut surface facing up. (sausages can also be used)
- Cut the onions as you like (rings or cubes), drain the champions and fry both together with the ham cubes in a pan.
- In the meantime, beat the eggs in a bowl, season generously (especially with paprika) and whisk, add the cheese and stir well. (You can also add jalapenos, chilli from the mill and / or Parmesan if you like)
