Gratinated Vienna Sausages

  • 4 piece Wiener sausages
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Hot paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 50 g Ham cubes
  1. Grease the baking dish, preheat the oven to 200 °.
  1. Cut the sausages lengthways and place them in the baking dish with the cut surface facing up. (sausages can also be used)
  1. Cut the onions as you like (rings or cubes), drain the champions and fry both together with the ham cubes in a pan.
