Trout Cream Thaler
The perfect trout cream thaler recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Smoked trout fillet without bones
- 125 g Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Freshly grated horseradish
- 250 g Wholemeal bread thaler
- For the set:
- Mini cocktail tomatoes
- Parsely
- Puree the trout fillets with the cream. Stir in horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Splash on the wholemeal bread thaler and garnish as the mood takes you. Chill until ready to serve.
