- 2 Wagyusteak

Potato gratin:
- 4 Potatoes
- 100 ml Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Butter
- Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and place in a buttered baking dish. Mix the cream with the milk, add salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes.
- Bake at 200 C ° for about half an hour, then take out, transfer the cheese and put it in the oven again for half an hour.
- Season the steak with salt and sear it on both sides for 2 minutes, then pepper. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes. My meat was about 2 cm thick if it is thicker then sear it longer.
