Ajvar Schnitzel Casserole with Ribbon Noodles

- 1 kg Paprika
- 8 Thin pork schnitzel
- Flour
- 400 ml Cream
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- Salt pepper
- 180 g Ajvar Mild
- 1 bag Gratin cheese
- Cook the pasta as usual. But only when the casserole has been in the oven for a while, otherwise they will get too cold.
- Wash the bell peppers and cut into fine cubes.
- Dab the schnitzel (I used minute steaks), season with salt and pepper, then turn in the flour once.
- Layer the peppers and schnitzel alternately in the baking dish.
- Mix the Ajvar with the cream and pour into the mold. Cover and let simmer in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes (I used baking paper). After 1 hour, sprinkle the cheese on top and leave for another 10-15 minutes, depending on the remaining baking.
