- 50 g Mu-Err mushrooms sep.
- 80 g Glass noodles
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Leek
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- 1 l Poultry stock
- 1 Tl Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- Soy sauce
- Soak the mushrooms, cook for 1/4 hour and drain. Chop the vegetables and fry them in olive oil. Scald the pasta with boiling water and let it soak. Now fill up the broth with the noodles and season with salt, soy sauce and sambal olek.
