Less Than 30 Minutes: Paprika Boats
The perfect less than 30 minutes: paprika boats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the minced rice filling
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 size Cup of boiled rice
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- Salt and pepper
miscellaneous
- 3 piece Red pepper
- 3 piece Choice of cheese
Good preparation
- For the minced rice filling, the rice, I used basmati rice, should already be half cooked and drained. The peppers should also be washed, halved and pitted.
- (ړ ײ) Leftovers from rice can also be used
Here we go
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees 😉
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, the chopped onion, the two eggs and mix everything well with the rice. Place on the peppers, place them in a pan or form (4 halves lengthways and 2 halves quartered, so they all fit in) and bake at 200 degrees hot air for 15 minutes.
- Then spread the cheese slices on top and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees – DONE!
- In the meantime, I’ve washed, dried, cut and put the salad in bowls, the dressing with oil and vinegar only takes place at the table.
- Good hunger and have fun cooking
