Less Than 30 Minutes: Paprika Boats

The perfect less than 30 minutes: paprika boats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the minced rice filling

  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 size Cup of boiled rice
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • Salt and pepper

miscellaneous

  • 3 piece Red pepper
  • 3 piece Choice of cheese

Good preparation

  1. For the minced rice filling, the rice, I used basmati rice, should already be half cooked and drained. The peppers should also be washed, halved and pitted.
  2. (ړ ײ) Leftovers from rice can also be used

Here we go

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees 😉
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, the chopped onion, the two eggs and mix everything well with the rice. Place on the peppers, place them in a pan or form (4 halves lengthways and 2 halves quartered, so they all fit in) and bake at 200 degrees hot air for 15 minutes.
  3. Then spread the cheese slices on top and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees – DONE!
  4. In the meantime, I’ve washed, dried, cut and put the salad in bowls, the dressing with oil and vinegar only takes place at the table.
  5. Good hunger and have fun cooking
