Berry Yoghurt Terrine with Pureed Fruits in Red Wine

The perfect berry yoghurt terrine with pureed fruits in red wine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Berry mix
  • 75 ml Berry liqueur
  • 125 g Powdered sugar
  • 300 g Quark
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 125 g Wild berries
  • 200 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 shot Rum
  • 1,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 5 sheet Gelatin
  1. For the berry yoghurt terrine, mix the berries with powdered sugar and some berry liqueur. Mix the quark with yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla and powdered sugar.
  1. Soak the gelatine in rum and stir in, then fold in the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into terrine molds, place the raspberries in them and chill. Serve with the berry dish.
