Apricot Meatballs

The perfect apricot meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 70 g Dried apricots
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Discs Whole grain toast
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  1. Roughly cut the apricots and onions and chop very finely in the blender. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the apricots and onions in it.
  2. Crumble the toast in a bowl and add the minced meat, add the egg, mustard, salt and pepper and also add the apricot and onion mixture and knead everything into a homogeneous dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and fry in a pan in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
