Apricot Meatballs

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 70 g Dried apricots
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 slices Whole grain toast
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Roughly cut the apricots and onions and chop very finely in the blender. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the apricots and onions in it.
  • Crumble the toast in a bowl and add the minced meat, add the egg, mustard, salt and pepper and also add the apricot and onion mixture and knead everything into a homogeneous dough.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and fry in a pan in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  • The sweet chili sauce from my KB: Sweet Chili Sauce tastes particularly good
