Cottage Cheese with Mango and Bananas

The perfect cottage cheese with mango and bananas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark 40% (here: From HANSANO)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Ripe (soft) mango
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Milk 3.5% (here: From HANSANO)
  • 50 ml Cooking cream 15% (here: From HANSANO)
  • 2 cl Honey rum (alternatively: amaretto)
  • 4 Seedless grapes
  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the stone and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients (quark, bananas, mango, vanilla sugar, sugar, milk, cooking cream and honey rum) in a tall container and mix with a hand blender. Fill into 4 dessert glasses, garnish with a seedless bunch of grapes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
