  • 175 g Butter at room temperature
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 175 g Wheat flour
  • 75 g Food starch
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g Ground poppy seeds
  • 50 g Dark couverture

fill in:

  • 1 Pc. Piping bag
  • 1 Pc. Star nozzle 8 mm
  1. Stir the butter until foamy & pour in after & after sugar.
  2. Add vanilla sugar & egg.
  3. Mix the flour & cornstarch, stir in the poppy seeds.
  4. Place baking paper on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour the batter into a piping bag and spray on.
  6. You can now easily close and put on rings to form rings. I then bake them at 160 ° C for about 12 minutes.
