Eat argan oil – the expensive oil is good for your health

- 100 grams of argan oil contains 46 grams of monounsaturated fatty acids and 35 grams of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Of these, 32 mg are linoleic acids, which belong to the group of healthy omega-6 fatty acids.

- With plenty of tocopherols – a variant of vitamin E – argan oil scavenges free radicals.
