Delicious recipes: Kimchi spaghetti with ham
For Kimchi Spaghetti you need 500 grams of spaghetti, 160 grams of kimchi, 400 grams of ham, 80 grams of onion, 120 grams of brown mushrooms, 40 grams of butter, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of gochujang.
- First, prepare your ingredients by chopping all the veggies and ham.
- Now cook your spaghetti according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat your pan and add the butter.
- Once the butter has melted, you can add the mushrooms and sauté until done. Then remove the mushrooms from the pan.

Rice pan with kimchi
For a delicious kimchi stir-fry, you need 300 grams of kimchi, 1 cup of short grain rice, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of mullet or honey, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. In addition, you can serve the dish with eggs.
- First, wash your rice until the water runs clear.
- Now put 1.5 cups of water in a saucepan and add the rice. Then wait for the water to boil and turn the stove down to the lowest setting to let the rice steep for about 20 minutes.
- Now cut your kimchi into small pieces and place them in a heated pan.
- Also add the sesame oil, gochujang, sesame seeds, sugar, and syrup.
- Let everything sauté on high heat for 6-8 minutes.

Spicy kimchi nachos with cheese
For the delicious kimchi nachos, you need 250 grams of nachos, 125 grams of kimchi, 125 grams of mozzarella, and 1 egg. For the sauce, you will also need 1 teaspoon gochujang, 1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise, and 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.
- First, preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Then take a medium-sized casserole dish and add about half of the nachos.
- Then top with half the kimchi and a third of the cheese.
- Then add the other half of the nachos and top with the other half of the kimchi and the remaining two-thirds of the mozzarella.
- Then place the casserole dish in the oven for about 5 minutes. When you take them out again, the cheese should be completely melted.
- For the sauce, mix the gochujang, mayonnaise, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Then prepare your egg. To do this, add a teaspoon of oil to a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the egg.
- Then let it fry for 3-5 minutes so that the egg white is firm and the yolk is still a little runny.
