Non-alcoholic cocktails with coconut milk
Non-alcoholic cocktails that contain coconut milk are very popular, healthy, and delicious. On the one hand, the taste is reminiscent of the South Seas and holidays, on the other hand, the body is supplied with healthy fats from which it can immediately gain energy.
- Mix 1/3 coconut milk with 2/3 fresh juice per glass. Pineapple juice tastes particularly good in cocktails, but fresh passion fruit juice also gives the drink a tropical flair.
- Put a slice of pineapple, kiwi, or orange on the rim of the glass to decorate the drink in a summery way.
- You can also put a small wooden skewer into the glass, onto which you have previously stuck various pieces of fruit. Red and green grapes, kiwis, pineapple, strawberries, or pieces of apple, for example, are suitable for this.
Creamy summer drinks with fresh fruits
Not only coconut milk but also cream or plant milk are suitable for creamy summer drinks. These each serve with 1/3 or 1/2 as the basis of the drink.
- Puree the desired base together with fresh strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries, and sprinkle some grated cocoa beans or grated coconut on top.
- You can also puree the fruit separately and pour each layer into the glass to add a special touch to the cocktail. If you use different fruits, the drink will also have different colors per layer.
- Finally, garnish the glass with sliced strawberries or cherries or add a cocktail umbrella.
Fresh drinks for the summer
Non-alcoholic cocktails are a treat. Grape juice tastes particularly good, as it also provides you with important vitamins and minerals, as long as it contains no artificial sugars.
- There is red grape juice that you can buy sugar-free in stores. Or you can juice currants, grapes, or other red and black fruits yourself.
- Fill a glass halfway with the grape juice and add homemade apple juice or fresh lime juice. With apple juice, the cocktail becomes more aromatic and sweeter, with lime juice it becomes a bit sourer but refreshing.
- To garnish, push a lime slice onto the rim of the glass and sprinkle with coconut blossom sugar.
Non-alcoholic drinks with a colorful play of colors
If you want to mix colorful cocktails with a gradient, you need thicker nectar or fruit puree and thinner juice. For example, nectar from peaches, mango, passion fruit, or nectarines is very tasty and viscous. The banana juice is also suitable, but when combined with water-rich fruits it is often difficult to digest and should therefore be drunk alone.
- First, pour the viscous juice into the glass. Then slowly and carefully pour in the thin juice. In this way, the color gradient remains clearly visible in the glass. With different juice colors, you can bring even more variety to the drink.
- Yellow nectar, which you mix with red cherry juice or black grape juice, is particularly rich in contrast. But the orange of papaya juice also gives your non-alcoholic cocktail a summery touch.
- Finally, you can make ice cubes yourself to complement the summer drink. To do this, freeze strawberry juice, papaya juice, black grape juice, or clear apple juice in an ice cube mold a few hours beforehand.
