  • Gin, on the other hand, already contains 263 calories per 100ml, which is why you should also pay attention to the distribution of quantities. All you need for a gin and tonic is a high-quality gin, tonic water, ice cubes, and a slice of lime.

Rum & Coke

If you want to watch the calories in cocktails, you should usually turn to the simpler cocktails with only a few ingredients.

  • For this recipe, too, all you need is some rum, light or sugar-free cola version, ice cubes, a slice of lemon, and a few mint leaves. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour 60ml rum into the glass.

Pomegranate martini

Those looking for a more exciting cocktail for their cocktail night at home should try the Pomegranate Martini. This drink looks nice, is low in calories, and can also be made slightly non-alcoholic if required.

  • For this drink, you need a cocktail shaker and enough ice cubes. You will also need 40ml vodka, 45ml tablespoons of carbonated water, and 60ml unsweetened pomegranate juice. You will also need a fresh orange slice and a tablespoon of pomegranate seeds for garnish.
