How to bake a sponge cake with apples

This cake not only tastes good for young and old but is also quick to make. You only have to plan 15 minutes for the preparation time before baking. And this is how you proceed:

  1. Ingredients: 200g flour, 125g butter, 150g sugar, three eggs, 75ml milk, a pinch of salt and a packet of baking powder, two large apples, and two teaspoons of cinnamon.
  2. Core the apples and peel them. Then cut the fruit into small pieces.
  3. Place all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix the batter and fold in the chopped apples.
  4. Grease a baking pan and pour in the batter. Put the cake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees. The baking time is about 50 minutes.
  5. If you like, you can now sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar over the cake.
