  1. First, put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then add the egg and the nut nougat cream and use the dough hook of the mixer to knead all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Then form the dough into a roll and separate pieces of equal size. Roll them into small balls between your palms and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. The biscuits than have to be baked for about 10 minutes at 180 °C top and bottom heat. Then take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool.
  5. In the meantime, you can melt your couverture in a water bath. Once cool, dip the biscuits in half in the chocolate and place them on a piece of parchment paper. Once the chocolate has set, the cookies are ready to serve.

For the delicious yoghurt cake, you need 125 g yoghurt, 300 g flour, 60 ml sunflower oil, 3 eggs, 280 g sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  1. First, put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Now mix them with a hand mixer or a food processor so that a smooth dough is formed.
  3. Then grease a cake tin with butter and pour the batter into the tin.
  4. Then bake the cake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°C top and bottom heat.

Yummy Cherry Muffins: Easy Recipe

If you want to bake muffins for the coffee table, the juicy cherry muffins are ideal. You need 120 g sugar, 125 g soft butter, 2 eggs, 200 g sour cream, 250 g flour, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 glass of cherries and 6 tablespoons of milk.

  1. First, put the softened butter in a bowl. Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix the three ingredients.
  2. Now add the eggs and the sour cream and stir in the ingredients well.
  3. In a second bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and add the mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk, until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Then line the muffin tin with 12 muffin cups and divide the batter into the cups. Then drain the cherries and place four cherries in each muffin.
  5. Then you have to bake muffins for 25 minutes at 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Then let them cool down well.
