Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ liters broth, clear
- 200 g minced pork
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 250 g flour
- 1 small can of peas

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the broth to a boil. Meanwhile, whisk 3 eggs with the milk. Then gradually add the flour and stir until a smooth batter forms. Add the minced meat to the boiling broth in portions using a teaspoon and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then gradually add the dumpling batter to the broth using a tablespoon (half full at a time). Simmer gently over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until the dumplings float to the surface. Then add the peas and finally stir in a beaten egg.
