Spicy filled ham rolls with buttered bread

Peel the asparagus and cook it with the lemon juice, sugar, salt, butter, and as little water as possible until soft. Meanwhile, hard-boil the eggs, then rinse, peel, and finely chop. Make a spicy mixture of horseradish, whipped cream, and chopped eggs. Spread the mixture on the ham slices, not too thinly, then arrange the asparagus on top and roll it up. Serve with a slice of dark bread with butter and a glass of white wine.
