Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 cm horseradish, fresh, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp butter or clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 1 dash of cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Horseradish – also known as horseradish

Heat the fat in a pan, add the flour, breadcrumbs, and horseradish, pour in the meat broth, whisk well, and bring to a boil briefly. Season with salt and finish with a little cream. A must-try, especially as a side dish to boiled beef and boiled beef.
