Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 210 g flour
  • 120 g nougat
  • 100 g cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the softened butter with the powdered sugar. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and vanilla sugar and stir into the butter and powdered sugar mixture. Now add the egg. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (with a star nozzle) and pipe 10 triangles (10 cm sides) onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the triangles cool. Warm the nougat slightly, spread it on the underside of one triangle, and place another on top. Melt the chocolate glaze and dip one side of the “Flaming Hearts” in the chocolate.
