Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp semolina
- Rapeseed oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Grate the potatoes. Stir in the eggs, salt, and semolina thoroughly. Heat the oil in a pan until very hot and add the batter a tablespoon at a time. Fry the potato pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
