Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 spring onions, peeled
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 onions, red, peeled
  • lemon juice
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Seasoning mix for salad

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes (until tender) and hard-boil the eggs. Peel and finely chop both. Now finely chop the parsley, bell pepper, dill, spring onions, and onions, and mix everything well with the eggs and potatoes. Finally, season the potato salad with spices, oil, and lemon juice.
