Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 300 g water, lukewarm
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g minced beef
- 2 large tomatoes
- 3 pointed peppers
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder rose hot
- chili flakes
- 1 dashes oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Danger of addiction
First, take flour, water, salt, and yeast and knead everything together until it forms a slightly sticky dough. Let it rest for 45 minutes. In the meantime, make the minced meat filling: Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. Mix with the minced meat, a little oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Form the dough into 12 balls and roll them out into long shapes. Add some of the filling and bake the bread at 220 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Serve with a dip or salad.
