Mushrooms in Sherry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some olive oil
  • 2 shots of sherry
  • some parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stalk(s) leek

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a side dish or as a tapa

Clean the mushrooms. Dice the onions and garlic, and finely slice the leeks. First, sauté the onions in olive oil until translucent (do not allow them to brown), then add the garlic, leeks, and mushrooms and fry gently for about 5 minutes. Add the sherry, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the top before serving.
