Egg and garlic bread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat olive oil in a pan. Whisk the eggs with the crushed garlic, pepper, and salt in a shallow bowl. Place the bread slices in the mixture and turn until both sides are well coated. Add the bread slices to the hot pan and brown briefly on both sides. The garlic bread can be enjoyed hot or cold. In my opinion, it tastes better warm.
