Pork neck, pork neck
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the horseradish with the mustard. Slice the chili into rings. Do the same with the green parts of the onion. Use the white parts of the onion for something else. Mix the cheese and sour cream and season with Maggi and pepper. Place the neck slices on a baking sheet, not overlapping. First, spread the horseradish and mustard mixture on top, then sprinkle the onions and chili on top. Finally, pour the cheese and sour cream mixture over the top. Drizzle with Sriracha. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. The top should be lightly browned.
