Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 kg minced pork
- Salt
- 1 small bottle(s) of ketchup
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 package of smoked bacon
- 2 cans of mushrooms, drained
- 1 piece(s) of cheese (Gouda)
- Grease for the trays
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
enough for 2 trays
Season the minced meat and spread it on the greased baking sheets. Brush with ketchup. Trim the leek and slice it into rings, dice the bacon. Mix both with the drained mushrooms and place everything on top of the meat and ketchup mixture. Slice the cheese and place it on top. Bake time: 30 minutes at 180°C fan oven. Portion out after baking. The size of the pieces depends, of course, on the number of guests and how hungry they are. It’s very filling and tastes great cold the next day, too.
