Hearty filled pancakes Russian style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • some milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some oil
  • tbsp, leveled butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

can be eaten cold or warm

Mix eggs, milk, and flour into a batter. Fry thin pancakes. Fry the minced meat with the diced onion. Season with salt and pepper and add the drained mushrooms. Fill the pancakes with the minced meat and fold them into parcels. Place in an ovenproof dish and place a knob of butter on each parcel. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
