Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small can of chickpeas
- 2 small onions
- 3 handfuls of leaf spinach, chopped
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 slice(s) of feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful of olives, black
- a little cinnamon
- a little cardamom
- a little nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (kofte spice)
- Spice mix, Moroccan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the onions and sauté in olive oil. Then add the chickpeas and, after lightly frying, the diced tomatoes, including their liquid. Then add the chopped spinach and simmer for about a quarter of an hour. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the olives and garlic and season to taste. Sprinkle with feta cheese just before serving.
