Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 nori sheet
- 1 serving of rice (sushi rice), ready-prepared, recipes in the database
- 1 pack of leaf spinach, fresh or frozen
- 50 g peanuts, roasted, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegetarian Hoso Maki
Halve the nori sheet lengthwise. Place the first half on the bamboo mat and spread the sushi rice on top. Fill with spinach and a few peanuts. Then roll it into a roll using the mat. Repeat with the second nori sheet.
