  • 1 nori sheet
  • 1 serving of rice (sushi rice), ready-prepared, recipes in the database
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes
  • basil

vegetarian Hoso Maki

Halve the nori sheet lengthwise. Place one half on the bamboo mat and cover with rice. Cut the mozzarella into small sticks. Wash the tomatoes and also cut them into sticks. To do this, first slice them, cut out the insides, and then make the sticks from the hard edges of the tomatoes. Wash the basil. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella sticks on the rice, along with the basil leaves. Shape everything into a roll. Repeat with the second half of the nori sheet.
