Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sushi rice
  • 50 ml rice wine
  • 4 avocados
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 can/n ginger, pickled, approx. 100 g
  • 250 g salmon, smoked or cooked
  • 150 g cooked prawns
  • 4 nori sheets
  • Handful of sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • Sriracha sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

simple and delicious

Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions with water and rice wine, then let it cool and refrigerate. Cut the avocados, cucumber, salmon, shrimp, ginger, and nori sheets into small pieces. To serve, drizzle the rice with soy sauce and garnish with the prepared ingredients. Mix a new sauce from mayonnaise and sriracha sauce and drizzle it over all the ingredients. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
