Tomato-Avocado-Salad with Crayfish Tails

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes (depending on size)
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 package of crayfish (crayfish tails)
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise with chilli (chilliaioli)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick and easy but delicious

Dice or slice the tomatoes and avocado. Make a dressing with the chili ajoli, cream cheese, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Then add the crayfish and toss with the tomatoes and avocado. Let it sit for a while. Serve with fresh baguette.
