Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, Japanese, good quality
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 hour 4 minutes

goes very well with sashimi

Bring the soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar to a boil, then cool to room temperature. Now add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. It goes well with sashimi, but also with cooked fish, as a dip, and with Asian vegetables.
