Spaghetti al olio

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125g spaghetti
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 leaves of fresh basil
  • ½ tsp broth, granulated
  • ½ pepper, fresh
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with olive oil and garlic

Cook spaghetti as usual in plenty of salted water, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil. While the spaghetti is cooking, chop the tomato into small pieces, tear the basil into small pieces, finely chop the chili pepper, and peel the garlic cloves. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti. Heat 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot and add the tomatoes, basil, and the chili pepper pieces. Heat for about 3 minutes, then press in the garlic and add a little granulated stock. Return the spaghetti to the pot and mix everything together. Serve on a plate, season with salt and pepper, and grate Parmesan cheese if desired.
