Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 500 g tomatoes
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g sauerkraut
- 50 g black olives
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onions and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Crush the garlic and add the minced meat. Brown everything thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, curry powder, rosemary, and marjoram. Finely slice the carrots, dice the bell peppers and tomatoes, and add them. Sauté briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and then stir in the sauerkraut. Simmer with the lid closed for about 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, add the chopped olives and tomato paste and season again. Stir in the cream just before serving.
