Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 can of drained fruit of your choice (peaches, pineapple…)
- 150 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Season the turkey schnitzel and place it in the baking dish. Make a sauce with cream, ketchup, tomato paste, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Top the schnitzel with fruit and pour the sauce over it. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
