Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 turkey schnitzel, marinated
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- ½ mozzarella (approx. 60g)
- 3 stalks of basil
- 1 ciabatta roll
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Turkey meat topped with tomatoes and mozzarella (great for singles!)
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the turkey schnitzel into pieces, lightly grease a small casserole dish, and add the turkey. Wash the tomatoes and arrange them among the turkey, but do not cut them into pieces! Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange them on top. Bake for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, bake the ciabatta roll and finely slice the basil. Once the baking time is over, spread the basil over the mozzarella and enjoy the small casserole with the crispy roll. A dry white wine goes well with it!
