Greek meat skewers

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g lamb or goat meat
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4 onions, red
  • 8 sprigs rosemary, thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meat into 3 cm pieces, season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions and slice the onions and zucchini thickly. Point the rosemary sprigs diagonally at the bottom to use as skewers. Alternate meat, onions, and zucchini on the sprigs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers vigorously. Alternatively, the skewers can be grilled just as well. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
