Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 dl soy sauce
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp glutamate
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place everything in a pot and simmer. Reduce by half. Can be bottled. The sauce will keep for a very long time. Simply heat it up a bit if needed. Since this is a Japanese recipe, it contains MSG. You’ll have to try it to see how the recipe tastes without MSG. Tastes wonderful with grilled salmon, shrimp, etc. Caution! Use carefully.
