Broccoli soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large broccoli
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • some bacon
  • 200g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious broccoli minestrone with bacon

Dice the onion and bacon and fry in olive oil. Stir in the chopped tomatoes. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Add it to the pot with 500 ml of water. Add the stock cube and a little lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Break the spaghetti into pieces and cook in the pan. Add more water, if desired. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
